We are the inflight catering service provider of Philippine Airlines, the country's air transportation flag carrier, both on its international and domestic fights. We take pride in being considered as the largest airline caterer in the Philippines, preparing and delivering an average of 15,000 meals daily for PAL passengers and crew.
Our chefs and cooks are highly trained experts in the preparation of Asian and Western cuisines, as well as Special and Medical meals. We have a kitchen exclusively for Japanese traditional cuisines and a Halal kitchen certified by the Malaysian Halal Consultancy Training Agency.
We have an in-house Food laboratory, supervised by Quality Assurance professionals. It is 100% HACCP compliant and passed the approval of the Bureau of Quarantine, DOH.
